thanks for the responses. i think that i will not have the time to work on it myself - so my father will be looking to sell. As he has not even been to his lock up garage in the last 5 years it will be pretty difficult to give an accurate description of the car without spending quite a while looking over it.
the morgan is near Chesham in Buckinghamshire - if anyone is interested in buying a slice of history and wants to take a look then giving him a call might be a good starting point.

I think my dads car will be a great way for someone to get into a Morgan for not a lot of money. As i think he is more interested in it going to a good home rather than squeezing every last penny he can out of it.

I am sad to report that my father has recently died and we will be looking to sell this Morgan in the next few months.
I am currently trying to find the keys to the lock up garage and its exact whereabouts.
Please let me know if anyone is interested in this project. When I find the garage and the car I will locate the chassis number and registration.
