Yes I think a very heavy current draw is the key to the problem.
I plan to take to an auto electrician to test current draw.
Have replaced the thermostat switch thinking that may have been the problem.

test the thermostat -bottom left of rad -for continuity
might just be jammed shut.sounds more likely than three relays!
OR you are getting a current to the relay from some other source?

If you disconnect the stat in the radiator, the fan should stop running. If it doesn't, then I agree with Chris that it must be getting the either an earth supply or 12v supply from elsewhere. I know that this may sound daft, but are you replacing the correct relay. If I remember correctly there are about 3 or 4 under the dash, which have different functions. I am sure the experts will advise.

Mr. Niel

Hello, hope you can help me to give me some advice about the morgan 2010 Vin # SA9EASSATAE004097 that im working now. Regarding the A/C condition. Its cooling but it's cutting off the a/c compressor very early and take time to engage again.

I would like to ask also the proper operation of two radiator fan and how it work especially when a/c is on?

Thanks in advance...

regards

I wish I could help on that one. To be quite honest the A/C is not that efficient and is basically a cooler bolted to the heater air intake. It does cool but not that i have noticed the effect that much. I suspect that the two fans on the radiator are switched according to the load required for cooling. i.e if its a hot day, both fans will run.
I would certainly have the coolant level checked in the system. It maybe that there has been a slight leak and the compressor does not have enough gas in the system to run properly. A good vehicle A/C company will check and top up as necessary.
I hope that this is a little help, and I am sure someone on TM is a more competent A/C expert than me.
Neil
