Castrol LM grease. For the wheelbearings and anything except the top of the sliding pillar. Tub lasts a good while. It's what I use.
The
Comma CV and LMP grease seems to also be suitable, perhaps with the exception of wheel and prop shaft bearings, although I've never used it. However
Comma multipurpose grease would also appear suitable. As would
Comma high performance bearing grease which is designed for the bearings.
For the top of a sliding pillar this expensive grease is suitable
Castrol CL grease but as you can mix it with a cheap thick oil, won't be as expensive to use as first appears.
Your local Halfords is not a place to buy this oil though, a decent motor factors should have some. Millars or Silkolene 50 wt is sold for vintage engines and is ideal for this.
