Hi, i´m Peter from Germany.

Since school i´m interested in british sportscars, because one of my teacher had an TVR and left school later to become an dealer of used british sportscars; another teacher owned a Jensen interceptor, so i spent more time on the parking place than in the classroom innocent

Later when i studied i saw my first morgan and was fascinated by this beautiful car. Beginning of the ninties i tried a Griffith but was disappointed.

Since than i concentrated on several motorbikes and Jags until i had a serious Motorbike accident last year. So im done with bikes and looked for something that has the potential to make me feel happy when traveling and let me feel "connected" to the streets and the surrounding nature.

I think you guess the answer i found wink

I was very excited when i had the possibility of trying a Morgan because i was not sure if i had to expect another disappointment or if i would like driving a morgan.

The answer is that my wife also wishes me to buy a morgan....because she is tired of being discommoded with the morgan configurator und morgan-photographs from the forum the whole day.....

I will let you stay informed about the future thougts...

Peter

Hi Peter and welcome to the forum. I only came into the Morgan family late last year and am enjoying it greatly. Good luck with your search.

Welcome to TalkMorgan. There are plenty of Morgan owners in Germany, and quite a few of them are on this forum.

Welcome Peter

You will love the Morgan when you decide, or when she finds you, we too have made the decision to give up motorbike touring and the Morgan was our answer.

Luggage space is not much more than a bike and you have the advantage of that open and free experience but seated in comfort and able to carry on a conversation etc.

I highly recommend a test drive and a visit to the factory is a must. The car configurator is fun but it is much better to see the real thing and how they are made.

Peter
