Hi all
Just started to get that hi pitch metallic cringe of cog not engaging with cog as I go to start, not every time but, need to fix before the flywheel gets mashed.
We are off Thursday to Germany to compete in a rally, so I need a quick starter motor change. Does any one know the part no, so I can hit the local part factor or is it Morgan only ?

I'd be amazed if it's not the standard Ford part. If you're going to change it yourself then the easiest course of action might be to take the old one with you when you go to pick up the new one?

As for the action I've take..... none!! It's stopped doing the grouch, yes I know it will fail half way through the rally!
I'm hoping it was just a low battery, have any other mog'ers had a similar experience.

I'm hoping it was just a low battery, have any other mog'ers had a similar experience. Yes, me a month ago. It was the battery (11 years old).
