I agree Heinz. Also worth noting that if you go lightly on the throttle when passing through town it does not produce a noise that would disturb anyone. Nicely balanced between sport and civility.

She loves the car but despite us being on several excellent and near deserted roads in France she always felt it was not the moment to try. I am not really sure why. As soon as we get a bit of fine weather we will try on one of the quieter roads near here. I suspect she will feel more comfortable on a road she knows. Steady on Mate. Are you mad? If you want my advice, let sleeping dogs lie. Do you really want your SS wires kerbed?

I have really been thinking hard regarding if to invest in a sports exhaust or not (Plus 4, 2012). But now with some enjoyable milage done...the original exhaust actually has got a quite nice and "civilized" tone, and when the system got heated up the tone goes deeper and even offers a burble every now and then....so descision for now is to stay with the original

A CD player in a Morgan ?  That engine sound is much better.

I have not yet decided.

Try the original first...and then decide. Also try it with the roof up and on a longer journey...  Yesterday i drove my car with the roof up for the first time, not just because it started to rain...but more because I were curious to see how cosy it would be "inside" - it worked very well
