Hi Andy, I was thinking of going for the first time and my son is keen to goas well. Any recommendations - I think camping on site the best for the "real experience"?

I will be going with the vagabonds, 15th time for me, we are camping in the cowsheds "as usual" on the Exposition site, opposite the Portes de la circuit bar http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&safe=off&q=circuit+bar+le+mans&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&biw=1366&bih=667&ix=uca&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl just up the road from the museum. great craic, we usually mix with the large contigent of Tom Kristensen danish fans, who set up a bar and eatery. it has been known that TK has come over for a beer after the race as well to see his folks who camp there in a mobile home. would love to see you and share a beer or 3. best regards sad le manser. http://www.danischewsky.com/lemansvagabonds/

Hello all - I'll be at the race with the +8 and would be pleased to meet other Mog owners. Just booked a space in reserved parking, now just need to find somewhere off-circuit to get some proper sleep now and again. Have previously spent time at the lake near Sille-le-Guillaume, about 40 minutes away. Still pondering the security issues of leaving the car!

We are Blu Nord so hope to see you there. Hoping that the car is safe as well..Should be plenty of exotica sprinkled around the various car parks !
