I am beginning to notice some wear to the seat bolster piping for the same reason. I guess as I'm only 5'7" I have the seat further forward. Any one have a suggestion on how to minimise the wear. I guess I could always put the seat back every time I get out, but surely that will wear out the seat runners engagements. Also I can never find the right position first try each time. Bob

Here are a couple photos of my edge guards cut from pickup truck sized door edge protectors. I chose black but the door edge guards are also available in a chrome finish.

That looks like a speaker installed in the rear panel. I would imagine it works quite well to supplement the speaker in the footwell?
The only thing is that the release for the easy up hood would be fairly close to that position. I must investigate.

Peter, Earlier cars only had speakers in the rear panel - none in the footwell!

Hi there, I have just installed a set of Trim Edge Protectors from Heart of England Morgans (part of a order of bonnet stays, stainless door lock covers and other odds and ends). Mine has been re-upholstered but believe it to be true to the original. No real wear as such but decided to stop any all the same. I think they look quite good. I've included a photo but doesn't quite do them justice. I added them to the order when I saw this post - so thanks! Pretty east to fit, more or less just push on, a little tweaking (bending over my knee!) to stop them "popping off".  All the normal disclaimers, just a happy customer (and less than a week's delivery to Aus...).

Does this constant desire to embelish/upgrade/modify/fettle/accessorise/wash/polish/stand back and admire, ever disappear? Do we ever stand back and say......."right that's me done"   Neil.

They do look good, as do the stainless lock covers. Be warned they are slightly larger than the riginal plastic ones so they are a tight fit that takes a bit o adjusting to get to it.
I think a Morgan is organic and therefore it's never quite finished.
