Hello, If its not prying too much what sort of insurance quotes are people getting? With who? Are are there any restrictions imposed?
I have my test drive later this morning and wanted a handle on all of the possible costs involved in ownership .
Thanks

What are you testing driving, I think you said 3 wheeler in which case mine is sub £300 full comp, agreed valuation, and some track use.
Rough rule of thumb seems to be just under £10 for every £000 of car.
Obviously, normal rules of age, convictions, accidents and geography apply.

After I had my test drive, I placed my order for the Morgan three wheeler with a yellow body with black quilted leather for delivery in March next year.

Had a quote through 'Heritage' for the following: - Fully comprehensive - Retain salvage in the case of a write off. - Agreed value (£35,000) - Limited mileage 5,000 miles - 90 days european cover - Free 'club' track day cover
All for the princely sum of £328 and £150 excess.
I didn't think that was too bad especially as they don't need any proof of 'No Claims'. For classic insurance that is not needed!

True Ian. But I've found classic insurers are usually quite happy to state that no claim has been made during the term of a classic policy and other insurers are happy to accept that (Priviledge was a good example) as proof of no claims...
