DB07, like you I have a pre-war car and it has worn Blockleys for the past dozen years. Also had an MGB on which I fitted 4 new Blockley radials. I am a confirmed adherent - I'd fit them in preference to most other makes. They are as good as most other premium brands, and often considerably cheaper. There is a reason why pretty much every VSCC race paddock is filled with cars sporting Blockley tyres!
My 4/4 has Yokohamas though - Blockley didn't have that size and Tim Ayres did me a deal on them!
