In the end it is what the vehicles sold for not the advertised price or indeed the vehicles which haven't sold that determine the market value. As with everything for sale I love it when people say this is worth X because I put Y into it and others are on the market at this price, no it is only worth what people will pay for it, with things sitting and not moving proves the point.
