Morning all, would Mulfab be as good as anywhere to look at getting an aluminium radiator for our 2004 plus 8 (in the uk)?

And from anyone that’s done the replacement, is a larger fan also necessary also, or is the original adequate?
It’s just for normal (slightly heavy right foot) UK/European road use.

If the larger fan is recommended then what about the wiring/switchgear for it, can the wiring take the extra current that the larger fan will draw?
Thanks in advance

John, knowing how infrequently my heavy duty fan kicks in I would think the standard fit with the efficiency of the Mulfab will suit your needs tbh.

I changed to a Mulfab or Sifab cant remember and left the standard big fan on, later 95 ish on Plus 8 have a decent Spal fan from memory so you should not need to change, my fan runs at the lights and when i come home into the garage -but at any speed over 50kph the car runs cooler -even with some track work, i did change to an early opening thermostat to catch the heat rise before it became uncatchable . Thought the fan was on too often till I went to Mog 18 and every Plus 8 coming in to the car park had a fan running , so relaxed about it now, at speed I am probably running too cool for the cats -but they are soon to be removed anyway - (not required here).
