I'm somehow reminded of the academic/career advice I was given many many years ago on the dangers of specialisation:
"A generalist knows less and less about more and more until he knows nothing about everything. Whereas an expert knows more and more about less and less until he knows everything about nothing".

I believe that any CX that comes in for a radiator leak/change is now given the ECU reprogram, plus the ones coming through being serviced, so I would guess that most if not all now have the changes to the ECU. A nice slow warm up is a good sign...

The car business is in crisis because they are failing to establish what the customers want, and pushing their own agendas at prices which are generally unaffordable. The three year lease contracts will only appeal to a certain cohort, and when you remove those who don't want a three year contract, and those who can't afford 60-70-80K and above, you limit the market.
