Can’t help it, this place was stunning today.
Hacklaw Bay, 15 miles north of Aberdeen on the sands of Forvie nature reserve , accessible only on foot or by boat.

Great place for quiet reflection Ewan as I live as far south as you live as far north I find my happy places on the white cliffs of Dover overlooking fan bay!

You’re right Roger, there’s something special about wide open spaces with nobody around. My wife enjoyed it too, but not at first, she thought we were going to Tesco!
