Unfortunately these types never seem to be served the justice that they deserve. Even if they declare bankruptcy to avoid paying back their victims they always seem to have wealthy "friends" who keep them in the luxury to which they feel they are entitled. Just why these so called friends should feel obliged to do so is never disclosed.

There are just too many of these sharks about and there are always people who can be convinced to part with their hard earned cash, particularly when big returns are offered.
