To be boring a Eur Ing, C Eng MIChemE and not a green car salesman I fully agree with Graham.
And just wait till we try to recycle all those old batteries from Priuses etc.
Fossil fuels aren't green but electricty comes from them & alas the internal combustion engine is better at extracting the energy than a power station.
We need renewables in a big way to break the cycle.
