Failed to get the steering wheel off.
Soooo. I undid all the little Allen keys around the edge...... Didn't budge. I also noted that the central horn boss thing is not held in at all. Just pulls right off, slides out.
One of the Allen bolts now won't do up, it just spins and won't grip anything.
Grrrr!
I guess I'll have to live with the chip. Varnish won't cure in the garage and nor can I take the whole car to a furniture restorer!
