I've got a different number on the wooden frame too - suppose those are made separately and mated to a rolling chassis before the bodywork is added. Think my wooden frame number is about 364 or something ie. a bit higher than the chassis number which is 350. Perhaps they have to reject a few wooden structures if they don't quite fit? Or they have put a few in museums or on display...

I believe there's a new 'chassis set-up guru' at the factory advising on toe-in, so an email to the factory from you or perhaps your dealer should work.

Certainly finding my steering is acceptable under all circumstances even if it is not totally confidence inspiring in all situations.
