Gents, took my car with latest steering spec on a 60 mile run today including A and B roads and Motorways.
Car was excellent on motorway - stable and easy. Not what I expected after B roads with bumps, but even those seemed ok today with feedback / kickback but not excessively so.
on A roads / dual carriageways car was great and stable also. In fact, car was tremendous fun all round and I'm feeling a bit sheepish about my earlier comments. On today's evidence I think the car is imperfect in some ways (still rather too much bumpsteer on bad B roads) but overall rather wonderful.
Huge smile and a very happy driver - now just need to get rid of some strange noises that I would rather be without...
