The bolts should line up exactly with the holes. If you can rotate the collar, this could the issue, BUT you have a new style steering wheel so it could be different!

Thanks Mike. My collar rotates. Yours doesn't? Strange as I think they are the same. Does yours have a sticker on it? The steering wheel itself shouldn't make any difference I wouldn't have thought
