Sadly my garage is some way from my home and does not have a power supply. I have always envied those that can use a battery conditioner.

Good to know that the battery can cause some of the instruments to go haywire. I thought that I might have another problem but now it seems it is just the battery that is causing the problem.

Thanks for replying. Hopefully somebody will recommend a suitable heavy duty battery that I can purchase as a replacement?
