The mirrors are absolutely useable. Vibration is un-noticeable. I usually drive with Brooklands windscreens in good weather, but when the regular windshield is on, I also have a mirror on it. No good with the hood up, though, thus the wing mirrors.
The car came from the factory with wing mirrors, and I've grown accustomed to them.
