In my experience (not of Librands) there is a reduction of noise in a 400 cell cat as compared to a 200 cell. Still a very pleasant sound but not so likely to attract unwanted attention

I have come to the conclusion that, to get the full benefits of a sports exhaust, you need to look at the inlet side and a supplementary ECU such as the Omex.
