My house has been without gas for three days now.(yes, my gas payment is up to date
) Actually the whole street is without gas, and the gas people have found the pipe was blocked by masses amount of water, but still could not locate the leak
Last night, they handed out a little 2kw fan heater and a little electric cooking plate to each household, it was almost laughable. I have to take the whole family out for our dinner and go to my parents house, so that we could all have a shower, then have to come back to a freezing house
I am tempted to move my family to live in a hotel and claim the expenses, can I do that?
