Euro 3 petrol is ok at the moment but I always worry about future changes in regulations.

At the moment I think Euro 1 may be banned in Rome and all vehicles have to pay a toll to enter the centre of Milan I think Euro 1 and 2 pay more. Pre Euro rated vehicles (known as Euro 0) are banned as are diesel Euro 1, 2 e 3 . On days of high polution Euro 1 and 2 petrol may be banned and diesel without particle filters is now a problem.
