Robbie's dead right here, and a decent dehumidifier is a great help.

With a properly protected car (wax on the paint, dynax s50 on the bottom, acf50 in the crevices) a Morgan is perfectly usable in wet weather, but you do need to be able to dry it out, especially if it gets wet inside.

The latter point is one of the aspects where the trend in modern Morgans to touches of luxury like leather upholstery and carpets mitigates against their use in poor weather. The simple vinyl and rubber mats in mine just shrug off a bit of wet.
