Cheers N - that has confirmed what I have been experimenting with, a steady brisk pace through corners seems to keep everything in check.
I also find 1st gear very short, almost worth ignoring and pulling away in second if conditions suit. 6th is most definitely overdrive.
I look forward to the Brooklands or similar wheel becoming available, the factory fit is functional and comfortable but doesn't add to the interior finish. What is it with Morgans and steering wheels, the 3W had a much criticised example?
Dry tomorrow, I think I know which car will be taking me to work.....
