'Fraid I'm not one of these "must reduce exhaust emissions" people - after all that's a pretty small percentage of the overall environmental cost of a motor vehicle. And motor vehicles are an easy target for the 'green lobby' and politicians cow-towing to them... I'm suggesting they buy a horse and cart INSTEAD of a motor vehicle...
After all, London's average traffic speeds are the same now as they were pre-automobile, apparently
