From memory when I had one fitted before its in two parts. A pick / proximity unit which will be under the steering wheel cowl. They'll be a larger unit wire into the loom somewhere. I'd guess under the dash in the 3 wheeler.
I've not looked for where this is but the ones I've seen are similar in size to an old style cassette case.
