The taller anti roll bars I suppose make sense and the padded inserts will, at least, keep wind away from the back of the drivers/riders neck!
Sorry to be pedantic (well, no, I tell a lie) but those are not "anti roll bars". They are roll-over hoops. That would be the correct description, even though they are probably completely useless and definitely insufficient for anyone of more than average height.
