I would expect the total cost of a 993 and 968 would be at least double (993) for something of equal condition and usability as the 993 has rightly gained a high status among Porsche lovers now.
A lot of the fun of the 968 was that the handling exceeded the power so allowing you to rag it to the limit all the time. I sold the second one for a Skyline GT-R 33V spec that got highly tuned. Now that had everything. Except style, class, looks and the right badge. I held on to it longer than either 968 though.
