I bought my Morgan by BerryBrooks and import it in France. The Certificate of European Conformity was in the global deal and included in the price (provided free by BerryBrook).
But some french people having problems have to buy a Certificate provided by the former french importer, compliant with the french database. The importer sell it 800€, compared with Morgan price ~ 100£.
I manage and did not have this problem, my certificate had finaly been accepted after some negotiations.
