I've been in contact with Suplex this morning regarding the issue that some of you have had.It appears that a reaming process was to blame, and this didn't give the valve the required movement.
If the adjustable wheel on the shock absorber is working correctly (i.e you can feel the wheel click with movement) there is no need to worry the shock absorbers are working fine.
If however you can not feel the click, then the shock absorber will need to be replaced.
