Why not just fit some binnacle mount speakers on the shelf behind the seats? Quick and easy. Also, though I have a stereo radio/CD and speakers in the front, I have actually used a hands-free standalone bluetooth unit in my 4/4 with acceptable results. I just clipped it to the leather door pocket by my right elbow, and could hear and speak perfectly well as long as I didn't accelerate too hard!
