I didn't "touch wood" very well as the electrics have died now, probably the rectifier. No broken wires or blown fuses. No 14.9v on he display either, just 13v after a charge and falling steadily. New rectifier requested and a long trailer ride to the dealer if that doesn't fix it. The drive belt is very quiet now, like the rest of the car stuck in the garage, on a nice sunny weekend.
