When we left to go to the Le Mans Classic we got stuck on the ferry ramp. Because the lake was high the ramp went slightly up, instead of down, to board the ferry. The hinged section at the end of the ramp dropped to the deck instead of being hinged up. This created a nice gap at the top, usually bottom, of the ramp that is exactly the same width as the crossmember under the gearbox, and yes, you guessed it, that is where the crossmember dropped into. It took 4 of us to lift the car enough to roll back off. I just hope the guys at the front where using the overriders, as we were at the back, and not lifting under the mudguards. We got the ticket refunded and spent an hour driving around the lake frown

All the time this was going on the ferry captain was going on about having a schedule to keep. We just told him we were on a schedule too banghead
