I didn't fit Throttle Bodies to create waves of torque lower down the Rev band they were fitted for top-end excitement and performance ( and a lovely sound).
Many of today's " normal" cars are built around torque I.e. big diesels with turbos- few are designed around high revving engines.
Throttle Body driving is a very different experience- and one which I very much enjoy and am very pleased I spent the money on.
If people are looking for lbs of torque low down in a 4/4 - don't fit Throttle Bodies.
