Texas abides by Federal law which at this time has no restrictions on so-called "assault weapons" such as semi-auto AR15, FAL, G3 / HK91 rifles.
Which from this side of the Pond seems a little crackpot too
It is daft isn't it - you can own any amount of automatic rifles and yet someone in authority has got a problem with an agressive looking fast three wheeler that would be restricted by the same road legalities of motorbikes
