I Presume you mix a drop of CasTrol R to produce the real aroma of the 30s.I still race all the classic bikes on Castrol R but as you say not much gets passed modern oil control rings.

Actually no to Castrol R. For the smell you can't beat it, but oil sold as two stroke oil is both designed to lubricate and be burnt in petrol. So I just use whatever is cheap!
