Left work at 45. Always wanted to paint and carve so spent some years doing that selling through a couple of galleries and helped a mate out with some design work and race car restoration until I could draw my company pension at 50. Never looked back. Never had a day where I wondered what I was going to do with myself.
And then last year joined Morgan as a tour guide and would now miss all the banter, meeting people and a more structured life.
