Suplex front is tried and tested , loved by some , disliked by others. Try a car that is fitted with the system and decide for yourself.

The rear is more of a complex issue. It is well known that Suplex are working on a solution , but although a development car is using an experimental setup , they are not really close to commercialising yet.

Coil over shocks may work, but you will be on your own working with spring rates and shock absorber settings , so it would be a question of trial and error, and you could end up spending a lot of time and money.
Just removing one leaf from the rear springs is really not sensible unless you know the start point , and the end point that you are trying to achieve. Many +8 racers removed one leaf from the 6 leaf set up, but that is a known system and the data is available to set the shock absorbers to match. Removing a leaf from the latest 4 leaf set up (which I assume your +4 has?) will not give you the same results.
