I think it is done on a case by case basis , I feel sorry for the dealers stuck in the middle and people around the world with little dealer support . I think I was probably lucky to get mine under warranty at 4000 mules .

Morgan policy seems to be to try and get customers to pay for any upgrades even when known inadequate parts are being replaced . It is difficult to negotiate with them when doing things via a dealer , and despite promises it still seems people have problems getting replies from the factory .

The most difficult thing for me to understand is why they kept (keep?) building cars with parts that are not fit for purpose , maybe they hope most mileages will be low enough for things to last through the warranty period .

I wonder if new cars are still getting the too short fuel gauge senders ...
