I didn't change them as there were insurance problems if changed. The insurance company held that you never get a blowout at 80mph with them.
Mine did puncture though and cost a fortune to replace, they wouldn't repair.
Also used almost exactly twice as much petrol as it's computer was claiming.
I changed it for a convertible one after a year and that was even more fun.......

Ive had two. A Cooper and a Cooper S. The runflats should be avoided. Noisy, expensive and uncomfortable. If I were to buy another it would be a Cooper on standard tyres and if it is still an option, a spare tyre. Diesel seems to be frugal.
No issues or breakdowns at all. Boot very small as is rear legroom. Holds value quite well too.
