Sweden is OK without helmet as long as you use your safety belt.
The 5-sp is licensed as motorcycle, but can be driven with a car license.
Older 3-w are either motorcycles or cars.
My 1934 F4 is a car and can be driven without helmet or safety belt, but most old twins are classified as motorcycles demanding helmet.
