On the Aero the tyre would rub and the only option would be to cut away part of the front splitter. I'm guessing the Plus 8 would be the same
The +8 has no splitter, there is masses of space in front to the wheel...
As the profile is in both cases 35% the difference in sidewall heightbetween 225 and 235 is 3.5cm, ie. the 235 wheel is is 7cm taller than the 225, based on using this calculator:

Calculator But that is almost 3", there is little clearance between the wheel and wing edge so it might catch the wheel arch on lock....
