As far as I am aware plus 8 and Aero wheels are made by RAYS of Japan and imported by Co-ordsport in Tipton, West Midlands.
Several dealers nationwide including Demon Tweeks.

They look like Volk Racing wheels off page 28 of their huge catalogue (caution, large file): http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/DB/catalog/2015/pdf/2015SUMMER_all.pdf I've spoken to John Burbidge and the wheels are supplied by Speedline and are Corsa.
