the wing mirror issue is probably becuase someone else adjusted the wing mirror and didn't tighten it sufficiently. just saying...
depending upon your exhuasts and the frequency range of their noise:
You will notice the centa reverting to a loose coupling when the engine goes back to idle or cluch down very clearly. THis is especially true if you have the roller rocker kit as it makes the engine alot more peaceful. (The g56 exhausts have a deeper sound and timbre than others and allow a different set of other vehicle sounds to be heard)
On my car i can quite clearly distinguish the compensator 'rumble' when the engine speed reverts back down such as when i come to traffic lights and depress the clutch.
