Got back to it today and the PCV valve and grommet had arrived with the rear cylinders had top and bottom coolant hoses whilst I was gone.
All fitted and bled. Took the car of the axle stands and started her up. Started easily and ran very smoothly and quietly.
Few odd jobs to finish (change filter housing/filter), replace wiper motor but very close.
Doubt I can put off cleaning it much longer
