Thanks for all the info and photos JVS, interesting as there is very little information on this about. My view is that the Centa unit will take more punishment without destroying itself than the HD unit. It is certainly much better to drive normally with, although maybe a bit more transmission vibrations under some conditions. Later cars have a heavier clutch pedal, and I assume matching heavier clutch diaphragm, that may reduce the possibility of the clutch burning out as well.
