Thanks for the replies so far; perhaps I should mention that the enquiry stems from a protracted 3 wheeler enthusiasm which as a former Guzzisti almost resulted in the purchase of a Triking some 20+ years ago.
My current motorcycle stable extends from a 1917 Triumph to a 2014 Triumph (both belt drive!) which provides an equivalence to the Morgan history; I do expect the Thunderbird to be more reliable than the Model H however. ....... I wonder why so many M3Ws for sale generally have such low mileage?
Whilst closely monitoring the M3W since 2012, and having driven one at Prescott, I endorse the decision to reintroduce the concept, and my recent interest has been renewed by the idea of the Grindelwald Treffen since I have a house close by. But, reliability is paramount in a £35k product, and a motor vehicle must be fit for purpose; not withstanding tongue in cheek comments regarding Toyota etc. it is the norm for other manufacturers to issue general recall notices where necessary, so with 1500 units produced perhaps Malvern could act likewise.
Perhaps the factory could provide data on the incidence of warrantee claims on MY 2014-15 M3Ws so that prospective purchasers could gauge the development progress ..... or did I imagine yet another flying pig ?
